Services may be paid via x402 protocol (USDC on Base network), ACP ($VIRTUAL on Virtuals Protocol), or future payment methods. All prices listed in USD equivalent.
Digital services are non-refundable after delivery, in accordance with Norwegian angrerettloven section 22(m) (digital content exception).
All Oracle-42 content, code, workflows, intelligence databases, and AI-generated readings are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction prohibited.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Oracle-42 is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated readings.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by Oslo tingrett (Oslo District Court).
